I've heard about lucid dreams and thought it'd be really cool to try. I want to learn how to lucid dream and to learn how to control what happens in that dream. I've been told to start a lucid dream is to just lay there and let your thoughts flow without any conscious control over them and let yourself slip into a dream, when your in the dream your suppose to look at your hands and that will confirm that it is a dream. i've tried multiple times and can't seem to do it. Does any one have a different method on how to induce a lucid dream? and how hard is it to control whats going on around you in the dream?
