how do i hook my pc up to my samsung 32 inch series 350 ?

it seems that only a laptop will work for this , but i want to hook my pc up to this and use it as a monitor , how do i go about doing this ? what do i need to buy ? thanks :)
i have a 480i hdmi cable , now what ?
