the instructions it came with is a photo instruction i need instructions i can read not look at also do bell rear cargo racks come with everything needed for installation or do i need to buy extra parts? i looked everywhere online and i can't find anything on a bell cargo rack but when i do it does not show how to install it on my type of bike my bike is a 2 dual suspension 18 speed rock creek huffy i bought my cargo rack at wal mart i don't know if it came with all the installation parts help with someone whose had experience plz
