How do i introduce my kitten to my new cat?

I have had my kitten for 3 weeks and he is 15 weeks old, i have just brought a new 10 year old female cat home and dont know how to intoduse them as stresslessly as possible. Any ideas ?
 
Do it outside. your old cat is going to be very territorial of his house. let them meet outside first.
 
basically there is no non stressful way so just put them in the same room,as the kitten is small they should get along but if they dont just put them in seperate rooms
 
When introuducing them make sure you stay there with them, maybe you should hold your new cat close to your kitten and if she tries to scratch bite or run at him take her away, if not let her go and see if they sniff each other calmly, never leave them alone in the same room without you there unless you're certain they get on fine.
