how do i introduce myself to a new female employee today?

somebody new has been employed at our small business, i have not met her yet but she is in today and is going to come into the warehouse and greet me, im not sure how to go about this....handshake.. etc? just abit of advise please.

how about saying, Hi, my name is ......, nice to meet you, that should work.

When a man and lady meet, the man does not offer his hand. The lady might offer her hand, and then he can shake hands just like it was normal.

Sag and let 'em drop all the way,when you reach out to shake your hand. That'll teach her.

I normally just say "how's it going"- works fine most of the time.
