I have pretty strenuous athletic activities in school and I usually wear a t-shirt when I do. My problem is, my breasts keep popping out and I usually can't just fix them and put them back in because they constantly pop out.
Buying a new bra isn't really an option for me because it's not within my current budget.
Do you have any ideas on how to keep them in place?
Please help me!
