How do I know how many hertz my box is tuned to?

Yeah I was wondering what my speaker box is tuned to.I know that it is 3.8 cubic ft but I never could figure it out to see about what exact hertz it is tuned to.I thinking it is around 32-34Hz because any sub I put in it, it picks up all the low notes no matter what they are.If anyone knows please tell me.Thanks
