How do I lock the Verizon Env2?

My Env2 doesn't lock when i close it anymore. I'm not talking about locking as in typing in the four digit code, I'm talking about locking as in you have to press ok twice to unlock. Any help on how to get my phone to lock when i close it?
 
oooooo thats i hard one. i honestly dont have that phone but many of my friends have it and its happened to them. well try turning it on and off a couple times. and if that doesnt work try taking it by the verizon store. :) good luck sorry to hear about your phone.
