I'm 13 years old and I have a little pouch in the middle of my stomach. I'm not fat at all; just not thin. I'm average. I want to lose that pouch. How do I do it? What kind of excersises do i need to do?
**and one more thing; for making your stomach flatter: are crunches or sit ups better?
