how do I lose weight fast...... like within three weeks??

I'm going away on vacation and want to look good in a baithing suit but I dont want to excersize alot??I dont really have alot of time?......any ideas
 
eating disorders are out of the question.eat less, and what you do eat make sure its healthy and has no carbs or calories.and then work out vigorusly.trust me, i hate working out but once i start i get motivated to burn the cals.
 
alot of cardio, but make sure you drink alot of water and eat alot of protein to keep you hydrated, give you energy and it helps melt away any extra fat. good luck, but if you dont come out the way you want, dont worry be happy with the body god gave you
 
just play outside alot and check ur BMI it calculates if ur overweight.i know you weigh 132 lbs.(previous question so how tall are you
 
The faster you lose it the faster you will gain it back and those lost pounds always seen to bring friends with them (I lost 45 pounds in 3 months and gained back almost 90 over the next year). Losing the weight slowly is far healthier and you didn't gain it overnight so why think you can lose it overnight??
