How do I make greeting cards from Microsoft Office 2004? 10 points for best

answer!!!? I wanted to make some thank you cards for birthday gifts but I have now way of doing it. Because office doesn't have a template for it. So I was wondering if anyone new a way to make greeting cards on the program. Or download something I could use on Microsoft word or download to make some greeting cards?
