How do I make this password box stop popping up on internet explorer?

I wanted to block yahoo answeres on my computer. (long story, my daughter was posting her pictuers on here) Now when I do anything on Yahoo, this box comes up saying I need to type in my password. It's gettinf highly annoying, I did the whole tools, internet options, content, enable thig. But when I click ebable it askes for the password and when I type it in nothing happens. like it goes back the the box where is has the enable button and when I press it again it justs asks for the password again. How do I fix it so the password box stops popping up?
