How do i measure waist to hip ratio into %?

My waist measurement is 29 inches and my hips are 36 inches. Online it says my waist to hip ratio is 0.81/0.80 but it doesn't say %.

In the book I'm reading it says, divide your waist size by your hip size. For example, if your hips are 40 inches and your waist is 30 inches, then your ratio is 75%

I'm not the best at maths
