How do I meet attractive guys whilst on holiday?

I'm going to Florida with by mom and dad later this year and I really want to meet some hot guys.
Thing is, I don't really know how to start up conversation with someone like that and I wouldn't have ages because my mom and dad might interfere.
So how can I start up conversation with foreign guys?
(I'm English btw)
