How do I mingle and make small talk at a class reunion?

I haven't seen 99% of my classmates since graduation. What do I say to them?
 
Mingle, chat to them and ask (very politely of course and in deepest confidence) if they know of a reputable VD clinic that is very discrete as you have a bit of a problem. Or, tell them that you are a raving woofter and could you nip round to their houses and try on a few frocks, perhaps accompanying you and a shopping trip with you in drag. Of course, it won't do your reputation much good.
 
They will start the conversation first if you don't so I wouldn't worry much. Ask what they have been doing since school. Where are they working? Do they have children? Compliment a lady on their dress. Ask if they have seen a classmate that you know that didn't attend the reunion. It will be easy....especially when you bring up old memories and funny things you used to do.
