how do i mount a game i downloaded on bittorrent?

ive just downloaded RCT3 on bittorrent and these are the exact rules:
1. Mount RollercoasterTycoon3 (Use Daemon Tools: http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download.php?mode=ViewCategory&catid=5).
Use Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 Serial.txt for the CD-Key
2. Mount RollercoasterTycoon3_Soaked and install.
3. Mount RollercoasterTycoon3_Wild and install.
4. Copy and paste RCT3plus.exe to the directory you installed RCT3
(Default: C:\Program Files\Atari\RollerCoaster Tycoon¢ç 3)
5. You're all set! Enjoy!
Can you please translate into normal language!!!
