How do i mount an image to a torrent download?

If you mean that you downloaded a torrent that contains an iso image, then you need to "mount" it and trick the computer into thinking its a real CD.
I would recommend following the tutorial that I have posted a link to in the source. It works for Vista and XP. If I have misunderstood you, sorry.
I would recommend against Daemon Tools as they bundle adware with their programs.

Take your pick of virtual drive programs such as DAEMON Tools and Alcohol 120%

Please remember to only download files that you have the legal right to download.
