I want to upload my photos and videos to my laptop, but I cannot figure it out. The salesman said to switch my videos and photos to the memory card that I put in my phone so I do not have to purchase software for the USB cord that I have. So I know that I highlight the video that I want to move to my memory card and then go to "options" and choose "move" and then choose the memory card. I just cant make that work. It tells me that I have to have my Bluetooth device activated or something. That wasn't part of the process when the salesman showed me. Can anyone walk me step by step through the process? Thanks!
