Me and my fiance are looking into migration so i can live with him in the US. I am currently resident in the U.K. We were going to try applying for the Green Card that lets you migrate to marry in the US but i've just read an online article that states if we apply as a same sex couple, it will be declined. Is this true?! We've had a hard time trying to be together as it is without adding the fact i may not be able to be with him. Is there ANY way that i can move to the US to marry him?? Please guys, i really need your help!
