Im buying a car from an individual, i make payments every month and have been since September. the registration will expire Feb. 1, 2011 and the guy is nowhere to be found. The last time i spoke with him(Dec. 30) he said the sticker would be mailed to his mom's but I have no way of contacting her at all. so now im stuck with a car that i cant register and im not done paying the car off. i have no title but i have full coverage insurance. how can i register this car and whats a bonded title???
