How do I pick up the mandrake root on Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix game...

...for PC? I have to go to look for DA members. Then I go to the boy who is at Hagrid's hut. I pick the 5 flowers, then I go to the Herbology greenhouses and I don't know how to get it. I tried every spell. It just stand there. Do I have to be a level up to pick it up? I am now at level 10, but I still can't pick it up.
Please help me!!!
