Track starts at my school in like April I think, and I did soccer in September to November. But then I didn't really do anything. So I want to increase my speed so that I won't feel tired when track comes. Should i start today?
What should i do? Can you come up with like a schedule?
I don't think this will help, but i have wii fit, which I can time my jogging for 10,20, or 30 minuets. But that is just jogging in place.
Please help me be ready for track.

Also when I run, my friends laugh and say when I run my legs do something weird. How do I make myself run like a normal person? lol.
