How do I print a picture on a blank DVD-R CD? I got many DVD-R CD's but I wanna put a picture on the CD to make it look much better, but how do I do that? So many people keep on telling me different things. Someone told me I need one machine that will print the picture on the CD, and another person told me I have to get some kind of sticker and print the picture on the sticker and then put the sticker on CD, and someone else said I have to buy many parts like the printer for the paper and another machine that I have to connect to the printer to print the picture on. Haha this all sounds so confusing for me. I just wanna know what I have to buy to be able to put whatever picture I want on CD

What you're looking for are CD labels, which you can use for DVDs as well. That's the easiest and cheapest method. The labels come on sheets that you load in you printer. You print whatever you want or need on the label, peel the label off the sheet, and stick it on the top of the disk. Most label starter kits include a tool to help you get the label centered on the disk.

Another approach is using LightScribe. This requires a DVD drive that supports LightScribe (usually HP brand drives) and special blank disks (also usually HP brand). You place the disk in the drive upside down, and it burns the label on the top of the disk. The big downside here is that it can't do color. It's black and white only.

Yet another way is to get a printer that comes with a CD/DVD printing tray. This requires printable CDs or DVDs, usually with a blank white label on top. You put your disk in the tray, feed it into the printer, the printer prints the label directly on the back of the disk, and feeds it out the front when it's done.

As I said, using CD labels is easier and cheaper than the other approaches. You can pick them up at Walmart, Target, OfficeMax, Best Buy, and many other places.
