How Do I pull this tooth out?

OK, this molar in the front of my mouth (first molar on the top right side of my mouth) won't go away! I pulled and tugged and it just hurts so bad. Its really loose and I got one part out so its half like one side hanging and its holding on by 2 strings. I have tried pulling, and nobody stronger can pull it out for me. I have no string, or ice (our ice machine broke) and i want something that will get it out fast and almost painless. I could use icecream to numb it but can someone give me an idea of how to get it out its annoying. Thanks A Bunch!!
