How do I put files INTO Emule?

I download a lot of stuff from Emule but how do i put stuff in for other people to download
 
The default folder where ur downloads go to is a shared folder. Anything to fileshare with others will need to go into this folder. This is the easiest way.

U can tell emule specific folders to share but slight;y more complicated.
