How do I put music on my 3G LG shine touch?

So i found out how to put some music on my new phone, but there is only like 39 Mb of space, but I thought the phone was 3G? Correct me if the 3G has nothing to do with music i am confused. I really just want to know if the 3G 3 gigs, and if I can put music on that space? Thanks
 
so i just got the new LG wink 3g phone and i cant figure out how to put music on it!!! hellpp!!! please! i need to know how to put music on the cell phone!! :moonie:
