How do I put pictures from my camera in my netbook?

I have just bought a new pink acer (company name) netbook yesterday, and I want to put the pictures from my camera in it. Do I insert that little chip thinngy in my camera that says 2 gb? Or do I insert a cd from somewhere?

Most netbooks have SD Card Slot. The SD Card should be that "2 gb" thingy you are talking about.

Just pop it in. If you go to "My Computer" you should now see it appear as a drive.

there is cable comes with the camera to hook it up to the computer SUB to charge and transfer cable or if you have memory card SD just insert it in the computer. most of the times the instructions will come on the computer screen and ask you what you wanna do..you need to copy. if no massage came then in the computer go to start..then hit computer will see the hard drive and SD and DVD drive...if you inserted the memory card then you need SD, open it select all then copy to...whatever you wanna save them on...if you used the cable instead of the SD then ..go to start...left click computer now you should be able to see the camera name in there..left click when you see the pictures...select all..right click copy or send to documents. good luck
