How do I put ringtones on my iPhone using Myxer?

My friend has regular ringtones for his iPhone. How do I do it? He has the Myxer app. I made my own ringtone app and on my laptop's iTunes account it has a folder named Ringtones and everything. How do I get the ringtones to the iPhone?
