How do i put ringtones on my lg versa? ?

I had the env3 now the lg versa is a little different , step by step how do you do this . Dont just give me a website, tell me how to do it . And i dont have picture messaging so i cant use myxer . Please help, i cant set my sounds to ringtones , it doesnt work on this phone, its so confusing
