how do i put songs in Nokia E71?

i just got my e71 and i want to put songs to it using USB cable that i got given with the phone. but when i plug it in some options come up on my phone.. i go on pc suit. but nothing comes up on MY COMPUTER.. am i doing something wrong? please help
