how do i put t mobile web on my samsung phone?

i have the samsung stripe. i tried to put web access on my phone from the tmobile page at the same time that i added ringback tones to my plan. the ringback works but when i try to access the internet option, it says error network unavailable.
 
you need to call tmobile and get Tzones.
you pay like $8 a month for it.
