I am working on a story right now and I like some Ideas but I do not like others. I tried to think of how to fix it but I don't know how. How can I learn how to fix my plot like this? I want to know how inspiration can come to me.

I'm in your situation too. This is how I'm going to handle it. I'll read through the story, and write down each scene (just a brief description is OK) on a note card. Then, I'll lay all the note cards out in order, and decide what scenes are trash, what scenes need adjusted (and note adjustments in red on the note card), and what new scenes I need (use new note cards to insert).

I believe old-fashioned authors would cut their manuscripts apart to do the same thing.

Once the improved story is in order, I collect the note cards and re-write. I don't think I can copy and paste; I think there's a lot of things that need improvement. So not looking forward to this, but rewriting is part of the process . . . .
