I upgraded my pkg. i lost free hd & hd dvr access. I can't get a explanation from a CSR, they won't forward my email to Sup. either. They say sign up for auto-pay for it or call to see if i qualify.Why can't they tell me if i qualify? Even after i said ok to auto-pay they stall on giving me free hd & hd dvr. I want a Sup. to reply to my email or how do i contact a Sup. directly?
