How do i redeem my telus pay and talk points?

A few months ago i was getting letters in the mail from telus about how every time i top up my phone with minutes they give me points. Apparently with those points i can buy a new phone..They don't send me anything anymore though..Anyone know about these points?

It seems that these "points" are attached to your account information and can be redeemed when you buy a new phone. The process of using them is mostly unknown so your best bet would be to call TELUS and ask.
