How do I remove the driver's seat of a 1998 Chrysler Sebring Convertible?

I have a 1998 Chrysler Sebring Convertible and the driver's seat is stuck in the forward position. I am needing to replace the seat or at least the seat railing or maybe even fix it if there is a way. If you have any idea as to how I can remove it or fix it, it would be much appreciated!
