How do I replace wiper blades on a 2005 Jaguar S-Type?

Go to an auto parts store. The wiper blades come with instructions. Some even install them free if you buy them from them. I'm sure you would make some minunm wage parts sore person happy with a ten or twenty dollar tip if necessary.

I can't figure out how to remove the blades. Man vs. machine, machine is winning right now. :-(
The wiper blades instructions only show how to install them. It doesn't explain how to remove the blades. I've replaced many blades before, but this is my first time doing it on my Jag and I can't figure out for the life of me how to remove the blades. The store clerk didn't know how to do it either. I guess I can try another store.
