How do I restore factory settings on my old Nokia 5230 if I want to sell it?

I need to get rid of all of my personal information on the phone as I am going to sell it on eBay and don't want anyone hacking into my emails or anything like that. I've deleted all my texts and contacts but my email settings don't seem to allow me to delete the email information. Please help!
