How do I restore my rogers carrier bundle for the iphone! (Jailbroken) HELP!!?

So here's the story, I downloaded some sort of tweak or app that didn't fully download. It kept stating that I did not fully download this app and it is sure to cause problems if I dont remove it. So it wouldnt let me to delete it when I tried to modify and delete it. So I used SSH. The app (being a bundle app) I assumed I needed to delete the carrier bundle in SSH. After doing so my phone now says I do not have a Carrier! when I am in fact with Rogers. Someone please help!!!
