How do I retrieve a ring tone on my Nokia 3120? (It's pretty old...)?

So I won a free ring tone. They sent me a text with an address to visit, which I did. When I get there it says 'Download ring tone', but if I click on Open it says the PIN was wrong.

What? I never entered a PIN! I'm so confused...

I know I have to somehow get it into the Service Inbox (I think). How do I do this?
