How do I rip TV shows on a dvd in Handbrake?

I want to rip a few specific episodes from a dvd I have but how do I find the right one to rip? I have all these options of different titles and chapters and I don't know which ones to select to get the episode I want.
 
you need a ripper.

if ur using windows, i suggest use windows media player 11.

it's free to download and it has a built in ripper.
