You can build a brick square outdoor pit w/ a dirt floor...Set up a large spit turner over the pit, set in the pole over the pit resting on 2 large v shaped branches, and turn the whole pig over a coal and wood smoked fire until it roasts through.
NO dont do that! its soooo sad. seriously. please have some humanity and consideration for the poor pigs.
