How do I seed my own torrent on a Mac?

I made it with Transmission and uploaded it to The Pirate Bay, now how do I seed it? :/

BEFORE YOU REPORT THIS: I do not condone pirating, this is all my own content. Making/uploading/downloading torrents is not illegal, unless they contain 3rd party content.
I have uTorrent as well.
I do have uTorrent and use it as my default BitTorrent client, but there is no option to create torrents in the Mac version, as it's still in Beta. I had to use Transmission. :/

i suggest that you use utorrent instead. just create your own torrent and there is an option while creating it to start seeding after you are finished creating your torrent. just click this option and there you go.
