how do i send a picture file from my lg ENV phone to my computer using

Bluetooth file Transfer? i have already used the file transfer to send files TO the phone but how do you send files Frome the phone to the computer? i already have everything set up on the computer end but it just says WAITING FOR FILE FROM DEVICE...... but i can't find the option to send the file anywhere in the phone's menues.....
