im pretty sure my computer has bluetooth built in, but i do not know how to enable it. i heard that you could go to my computer manufacturer website and download bluetooth software. but i went to the HP website and didn't see anything.
i would like to be able to send files, such as ringtones and pictures, to my phone.
another way this is possible is that i have a USB cord to connect to my pc, but do i have to have a microSD card in my phone before i can put anything on it? if i do not, could you please explain how to put files on my phone?

thanks so much!

If you bought your HP preinstalled. Everything should be set up ! Firstly.. make real sure you have Bluetooth on there. Check your taskbar / my computer / network places and control panel. In one of these you will definately see something involving your bluetooh !

Anyway, right clicking on a file, brings up the menu, then go Send To:
You should see BLUETOOTH here, if its installed.

What model do you have ? I can check for you.

if you say it has bluetooth bulit in you probably wont have to download anything from the website. go to control panel and look throught both the classic view and regialr menus to see anything that may say bluetooth. if you find it click on the icon, switch the bluetooth on both your phone and start sending files.

in regards to your sync cable it depends how much internal memory you have on your phone. if you have enough internal memory(memory produced by phone without mem card) you should be able to sync and put files on your phone but you should invest in a mem card if you want to put more files on your phone
