How do I set a recurring/repeating for Motorola C168i alarm?

I just purchased a Motorola C168i cell phone. I want to set a Recurring/Repeating Daily Alarm for Monday - Friday. Will selecting the "WORKDAY" option do this or do I have to set what the "workdays" are some where else on the phone before making this selection???

I think I may go back to NOKIA their standard interface is much more comprehensive.
