I iluv2act94 Guest Mar 22, 2008 #2 In Outlook Express go to Tools and Accounts. Click on the News tab. Click on the Add button (top right) and follow the Wizard's instructions.You need to know the Web address of the Newsgroup source and if that source requires you to logon.
