How do i set up outlook express for news groups?

In fact how do i access newsgroups? I found it very good for accessing any sort of info, music vids etc.Any help greatly appreciated
 
In Outlook Express go to Tools and Accounts. Click on the News tab. Click on the Add button (top right) and follow the Wizard's instructions.You need to know the Web address of the Newsgroup source and if that source requires you to logon.
