How do I share a html file?

I have a software program that catalogs our DVD's. I know I can export it to a html file but then how do I share it? Or is there a better way? I was hoping to put our catalog on my myspace. Am I just going to have to e-mail people a link?

I am so computer stupid! Help please. Thank you.
