How do I start learning How to Rock Climb, Hike and Do more outdoor activities?

Ok, So I live In Montana. I live right by the Rocky Mountains and Glacier National Park not even 20 minutes from where I live! I want to start Hiking, Rock Climbing and Be more adventurous. But How do I start? Where do I learn? and What type of equipment should I bring or use? What should I wear? I wanna hike during the winter and the summer. But I had past experiences. I just need a memory refresher but I never rock climbed before!
