how do i start my own internet raido ststion?

i would like to know every detail about how to do it from what all you need like servers and so forth and so on what you can play what about the fcc,royalties and so fourth
 
Well I know there is a site called Live365 that you can make a self running radio station with the music you have. I don't know all the details to it but I don't recall it costing much of anything so its an option you could explore.
 
im not so sure if this will help much but i a few years ago i was messing around with winamp and i think there was a link to making your own internet radio station on there.. cause you can stream sound and video with the software that came on that site... or something like that.... check out winamps website.. good luck!
